Appellant Old Republic Surety Company (“Old Republic”), surety for the original personal representative of the estate of Louise Green, seeks reversal of a trial court order requiring it to pay the fees of a special master, appointed by the Probate Division of the trial court at the request of the successor personal representative of Ms. Green’s estate, after the original personal representative was removed by the court.
