OLSZEWSKI, Judge:
This is an appeal from an order entered against James Dinert, the general contractor and seller of a multiple-unit condominium complex near Pittsburgh. Plaintiffs, some 52 original purchasers [“Buyers”] of the individual condominiums, contended below that their furnaces were constructed in a defective manner and that Dinert is liable for the cost of the repairs under the implied warranty of habitability and workmanlike construction. The Honorable Stanton R. Wettick heard the Buyers’ cause without a jury, awarded judgment in their favor, and denied Dinert’s post-trial motions.…
