Appellant, the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College (the Board), appeals from two separate judgments of the Orleans Parish Civil District Court. Both appeals relate to the same expropriation action. The first appeal concerns the $293,242.00 judgment of the trial court, effectively awarding Appellee/Respondent, Boudreaux’s Tire & Auto Repair, L.L.C., (Boudreaux’s) $978,600.00 in just compensation for expropriated property (“the subject property”).
