| iThis is an expropriation case involving two issues: (1) whether the Federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (“URA”) is applicable when a political subdivision owns land that is expropriated by the State; and (2) determining what classifies as a “compensable relocation expense” under either the URA or the general expropriation laws.
