Plaintiff, Media General, Inc. (Media General), a Virginia corporation, brought this action seeking a declaratory judgment, monetary awards to compensate for damages allegedly suffered, treble and punitive damages, an award of costs and attorney, fees, the establishment of a constructive trust and such other relief as this Court deems just.
