Following a reversal and remand by the Supreme Court, 386 U.S. 484, 87 S. Ct. 1188, 18 L.Ed.2d 244, a consent judgment and decree was entered herein on July 6, 1967. Its terms were made provisional and notice of those terms was given by the parties to all known claimants entitled to payment pursuant to the judgment by individual mailed notification to their last known addresses and by appropriate public notice.
