Plaintiff Geraldo Perez (“Perez” or “Plaintiff’) brings this action against Jo Anne B. Barnhart, the current Commissioner of Social Security 1 (“Defendant” or “Commissioner”) pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to obtain judicial review of the Commissioner’s decision that plaintiff was not disabled at any time from May 15, 1995 through February 23, 1998.
