Steven Kane (“Plaintiff’) brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), claiming that the Commissioner of Social Security (“Defendant”) improperly denied his application for Social Security disability insurance benefits. Plaintiff moves for an order reversing the Commissioner’s decision or, in the alternative, remanding his case back to the Commissioner for further proceedings.
