This was a libel in divorce by Henry Nacrelli against his wife, Helen Orr Nacrelli, charging her with adultery. Her answer denied the charge and averred that he had connived and conspired with others to cause her to commit adultery, or to create such compromising circumstances as to justify the conclusion that she had done so. The court denied her request for trial by jury and appointed a master before whom numerous hearings were had and much testimony taken.
