This is a bid protest of the decision by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts to award a contract for providing security services at the Thurgood Marshall Building in Washington, DC to Securiguard, Inc. Pending are the parties’ cross-motions for judgment on the administrative record and defendant’s motion to dismiss.
