Petitioner-appellants, Carroll Douglas Richardson, et al., (“petitioners”) seek to reverse the trial court’s order affirming respondent-appellee Union County Board of Adjustment’s (“Board”) decision to approve the special use permit application of respondent-appellee, GHB Broadcasting Corporation (“GHB”), to build a radio tower in petitioners’ community.
