This is an appeal from orders of the District Court of Massachusetts' granting Defendants-Appellees’ motion to dismiss, and subsequently denying Plaintiffs-Appellants’ post-judgment motions to amend the complaint.- Plaintiffs, a class of investors, brought this securities fraud action against Genzyme Corporation (“Gem zyme”), and several company executives (the latter hereinafter collectively referred to as the “individual defendants”).
