Suffering from the harmful effects of mental illness, J.H., C.B., M.G., and B.N. (collectively “Appellants”), were brought to Prince George’s Hospital Center 1 (“Appellee” or the “Hospital”) on separate occasions for emergency mental health evaluations to determine whether each should be admitted for involuntary psychiatric treatment.
