{1 This action involves the appraisal of surface damages associated, with oil and gas drilling pursuant to the Oklahoma Surface Damages Act, 52 O.S.2011 §§ 818.2-318.9. Plaintiff/Appellant, - Xanadu - Exploration Company (Operator), as the unit operator, seeks review of the trial court's order denying Operator's exception to the report of the surface damage appraisers. We affirm the trial court's order to the extent it ruled that the appraisers should consider Owner's entire tract in determining damages, reverse it to the extent it denied Operator's exception…
