Garry, • J. Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Madison County (Eppolito, J.), entered September 5, 2015, which granted petitioner’s applications, in two proceedings pursuant to Family Ct Act article 3, to adjudicate respondent a juvenile delinquent.

In January 2015, two juvenile delinquency petitions were filed charging respondent (born in 1999) with committing acts which, if committed by an adult, would constitute specified crimes.
