— This was a proceeding under the statute against the appellees and three others for an indirect contempt of the court. It was commenced by the filing of an affidavit in the Marion Criminal Court by a citizen of said Marion county, alleging that the persons named in the affidavit were the members of the *95grand jury of Marion county, Indiana, duly selected, impaneled, instructed, and sworn, and charging them with official misconduct tending to bring the administration of justice into disrepute, and the court into contempt.
