Plaintiff-Appellant Design Resources, Inc. (“DRI”), appeals the district court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of Defendants-Appellees Leather Industries of America (“LIA”) and Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. (“Ashley”), on DRI’s false advertising claim under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a).
