The Law Division of the Superior Court upheld the constitutionality of Chapter 152 of the Laws of 1962, N. J. 8. A. 33:1-12.31 et seq. which is designed to limit retail liquor licenses to two per person without, however, disturbing present multiple holdings. Grand Union Co. v. Sills, 81 N. J. Super. 65 (1963). An appeal was taken to the Appellate Division and while it was pending there we certiñed it. B. R. 1:10.
