Ob the 25th May, 1894, the defendants in error obtained a verdict against plaintiff in error for $500. Judgment was entered thereon three days later. The plaintiff in error took cer*2tain exceptions to this Court which were heard at the last September term and decided adversely to him, October 15th. On the 17th December a writ of error was sued out, which came on for hearing at this term. The defendants in error moved that the writ be quashed on various grounds, the first one being that the petition for the writ does not contain an allegation that the judgment…
