Plaintiffs/appellees were members of Jones, Teilborg, Sanders, Haga & Parks, a professional law firm and corporation located in Phoenix. This case involves their departure from the corporation and the dispute which ensued relative to what monies, if any, appellees were owed. The dispute ended in a trial before the court, sitting without a jury, which awarded Jones $306,-675.71, Skelton $101,649.49 and Hochuli $118,937.80, against the professional corporation and against the defendants, individually and as husband and wife.
