This case is before the court on defendant Ford Motor Credit Company’s (FMCC) motion for summary judgment. The motion will be granted in part and denied in part.

Robert Stepp seeks compensatory and punitive damages from FMCC for violations of § 2 of the Sherman Act, § 3 of the Clayton Act, the Federal Dealers Day-in-Court Act (15 U.S.C. § 1221, et seq.), § 218.01, Wis.Stats., § 133.03, Wis.Stats., and numerous common law claims.
