This is a motion by the third-party defendants to dismiss the third-party action, to vacate the order adding them as third-party defendants, and to quash the returns of service.

The original plaintiffs brought suit under the Securities Act of 1933, 15 U.S.C.A. § 77a et seq., against the original defendants for alleged losses incurred on account of misrepresentations contained in the Registration Statement of the Globe Aircraft Corporation in which plaintiffs had purchased preferred stock.
