Defendant was convicted of unlawfully having intoxicating liquor in his possession. Officers of the county, acting under the authority of a search warrant, the regularity of the issuance or service of which is not questioned, found 11 quart bottles of elderberry wine in the basement of his farm home. Some of it contained as high as 10 per cent, by volume of alcohol. The defendant was not at home when the search was made.
