This matter arises from a suit brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., by the plaintiff, Mark Feldstein, against the defendants, the Christian Science Monitor (the Monitor), the First Church of Christ, Scientist (the Church), and the Christian Science Publishing Society (the Publishing Society).
