Anderson v. Bennett

T. E. Bennett, superintendent of banks for the State of Georgia, in charge of the American Bank & Trust Co., in liquidation, filed, on October 1, 1924, in the superior court of Chatham county, his petition against C. G. Anderson Jr. et al., stockholders of the American Bank & Trust Co., praying a judgment and decree against them as such stockholders, according to their several liabilities under the law, for such amount as was necessary to pay the depositors of the bank in full.
