*685Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Ohlig, J.), rendered October 9, 2003, convicting him of sodomy in the first degree (two counts), aggravated sexual assault in the second degree, and unlawful imprisonment in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, and a new trial is ordered.
