8224 Writ of error dismissed by Supreme Court. 1. Appellees have filed; a motion to strike out appellants' brief, alleging as grounds for said motion that the same was not filed in time for them to reply to the same. Without going into all of the details in reference to this matter, we think it sufficient to say that we do not think said motion should be sustained.
