Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Mc-Creary Circuit Court sustaining a general demurrer to the appellant’s petition as amended. The appellant, an architect, alleges that he submitted certain preliminary plans and specifications for a public high school building which he alleges were used in the subsequent construction of the building, and he seeks a recovery on a quantum meruit for the value of these plans together with certain stipulated damages for the breach of the alleged contract.
