This is the second appeal of this case. See 218 Ky. 688, 291 S. W. 1062, 1063.
In onr former opinion it is written:
“The Knott county board of education made some sort of a contract with the improvement 'association for the erection of this building. What the board of education was to pay this association for erecting this building we cannot learn from this record.
