Complainant, as trustee in bankruptcy of the Wilcox Furniture Company, a bankrupt corporation, filed the present bill to recover the sum of $6,110.98 alleged to be due the bankrupt. The bill alleges that at the date of the adjudication of bankruptcy against said Wilcox Furniture Company, and also at the date of the appointment of the complainant as trustee in bankruptcy of said company, there was on deposit in the custody of the Citizens’ Bank & Trust Company a fund, amounting to $6,110.98, belonging to said Wilcox Furniture Company, and which fund was a…
