This is a collection suit filed by plaintiff-appellee, a supplier of gasoline and other related products, against its retailer, appellant Yost Brothers Company, a Wyoming corporation, and appellant Shirley M. Yost as the administratrix of the estate of the principal stockholder Robert B. Yost. Recovery against the corporation was sought on the theory of goods having been sold and delivered.
