The appellants-defendants J. R. Kvenild, Daryl W. Taylor, and C. Jack Minter, doing business as CFC Realtors (defendants), appeal from a judgment of the district court in which the appellees-plaintiffs Phillip and Marilyn Lavoie (Lavoies), 1 were awarded damages, because the defendants tortiously interfered with the Lavoies’ contractual rights to buy a certain piece of property.
