This securities action was brought by eight institutional affiliates of Argent Classic Convertible Arbitrage Fund (the “Argent Classic Fund”), the lead plaintiff in the now dismissed class action Argent Classic Com. Arb. Fund v. Countrywide Fin. Corp. et al., No. 07-cv-07097-MRP (MANx) (“Argent”), and 38 other institutional investors.
