MARTIN, Justice.

This is a civil action seeking money damages for breach of two provisions of a contract of employment with option to purchase. The trial judge granted summary judgment in favor of all defendants on the issue of whether plaintiff was entitled under the contract to 25% of the proceeds of the sale of Brower Company in excess of $2 million if the company were sold within one year of Davis’s separation from the corporation.
