This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of the United States for the District of Maryland. Keco Industries, Inc., hereinafter referred to as Keco, instituted the action, seeking damages for an allegedly wrongful termination of the contract which is the subject of this controversy. ACF Industries, Incorporated, defendant below, hereinafter referred to as ACF, served a counterclaim against Keco for damages for breach of the subject contract.
