The plaintiff, Saif Abdo, appeals from the judgment of the trial court determining that there was no partnership agreement between the plaintiff and the defendant Ali Abdulrahman.1 The plaintiff claims that the court erred in (1) failing to declare Gimma as a constructive trustee for a one-half interest in real property located at 281 Davenport Avenue in New Haven, (2) ruling that the defendant was not liable for sales and use taxes for the business known as the “24/7 Convenience Store,” and (3) failing to order an *576accounting of the 24/7 Convenience Store.
