—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Jerome Hornblass, J.), rendered October 31, 1988, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him to concurrent indeterminate terms of from IVi to 15 years, unanimously affirmed.
