OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Defendant was convicted, upon a jury verdict, of burglary in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree. The Appellate Division affirmed defendant’s conviction, rejecting defendant’s argument that the trial court improperly denied his requests for a missing witness charge.
