CAMERON, Justice.

Following the denial of the motion to suppress, defendant Curtis Morrow submitted the question of his guilt or innocence to the court, sitting without a jury, on the basis of the police reports, the grand jury transcript and the motion to suppress transcript. On 13 February, 1980, defendant was found guilty of unlawful possession of a narcotic drug (cocaine) for sale of a value less than $250.00 in violation of A.R.S. § 36-1002.01(A) and (B), and unlawful possession of marijuana in violation of A.R.S. § 36-1002.05.
