Referring to the parties as they appeared below, the complainant, Commercial Standard In surance Co., filed this suit against the defendants, Mrs. Robbie M. Paul, Margaret Paul Aymon, William A. Na-bors, et al., for the purpose of ascertaining the rights of the parties under an automobile liability insurance policy issued by complainant.
