The present case involves an action by the plaintiffs, Eder Brothers, Inc., Alan S. Goodman, Inc., Brescóme Barton, Inc., Mid State Distributors, LLC, Hartley and Parker, Inc., and Connecticut Distributors, Inc., who are wholesale wine distributors, against the defendant, Wine Merchants of Connecticut, Inc., a competitor in the wholesale wine distribution business, seeking money damages and injunctive relief on the ground that certain of the defendant’s practices violate the Liquor Control Act, General Statutes § 30-1 et seq., and the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act…
