This is an appeal from a judgment quashing service of summons on Leland Fikes, Fiscal Agents, Inc., Harold L. Knop and Southwest Mortgage Corporation, hereinafter called the “Texas defendants,” and granting summary judgment in favor of Bankers Life & Casualty Co., John D.
