Petitioner Furniture Rentors of America, Inc. (“FRA”) appeals from a National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or “the Board”) order holding that it violated Sections 8(a)(1) and (5) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1) and (5) (“NLRA” or “the Act”) by withdrawing recognition from its union without having reasonable grounds for doubting its majority status, and by failing to notify and bargain with the union before subcontracting out delivery services.
