Plaintiffs P.K. and P.K., on behalf of their minor child, P.K., bring this action against defendant Bedford Central School District (the “District”) pursuant to the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA” or the “Act”), 20 U.S.C. §§ 1401, et seq.
