Plaintiffs S.W. and B.S. bring this action on behalf of their minor child P.W. pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq. (“IDEA”).1 On July 16, 2013, Impartial Hearing Officer (“IHO”) Craig Tessler awarded plaintiffs full reimbursement for P.W.’s tuition at the Stephen Gaynor School for the 2012-2013 school year.
