This is not the usual lawsuit brought under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq., in which the parents of a disabled child demand reimbursement for the costs associated with sending their child to a private school while the school district defends its decision to provide the child a public school education.
