HALL, Chief Justice:

Plaintiff Rodney L. Phillips initiated this action against defendants to recover damages arising out of a real estate transaction. The district court entered judgment in the amount of $185,178.30 against all named defendants, jointly and severally, except Linda McGarry. Only defendant United Farm Agency, Inc. (hereinafter UFA) appeals, seeking reversal or, in the alternative, that the case be remanded for further hearing.
