Appeal from an order of the district court of Steele county denying defendants’ alternative motion for judgment or a new trial.

Plaintiff sued defendants as trustees of the estate of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway Company, a corporation, to recover for personal injuries sustained by him and for damage to his automobile arising out of a collision with one of defendants’ freight trains.
