MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

GLASSER, District Judge.

Plaintiff commenced this action under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq. (“RICO”); section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. 1125(a); and asserted pendent state law claims of intentional interference with prospective economic advantage and unjust enrichment. Defendants’ move to dismiss this action for failure to state a claim under Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6), or alternatively, for a transfer of venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).
