Before the Court is a motion1 for summary judgment filed by defendant, Orkin, LLC (“Orkin”). Plaintiff, Tyrone Harrell *698(“Harrell”), opposes2 the motion. For the following reasons, Orkin’s motion for summary judgment is GRANTED.

BACKGROUND

Harrell is former Orkin employee who began his employment with the company in 1995.3 Orkin is a foreign limited liability company, providing pest and termite control services, licensed to do business in, and actually doing business in, Louisiana.4 Harrell, an African-American male, separated from his employment…
